Loose Weight for your wedding

The Wedding Day Diet is the best thing I did for my big day
I have followed the Wedding Day Diet and for me it has worked. I hadn't traveled much before so dieting and getting in shape for my honeymoon was even more important to me. I love the sea and the beach, so spending hours in the sun with my the man I love was a long-held dream about to become a reality. The problem was that I was overweight.

In the run up to the wedding I had let things go. I won't bore you with the details but let's just say I prioritized the wedding and life in general over my health and well being. Instead of dwelling on it I took action and got a diet plan. It was the smartest move I made.

The Wedding Day Diet Plan:

* Identified why all my weight loss efforts before had stalled.
* Kick started my metabolism
* Told me why doing too much cardio (which I was doing in a mad bit to get thinner) was actually counter productive.

The weight came off not only for the honeymoon but also in time for the wedding day too. I had tried dieting before and the weight seemed to yo-yo. It would come off for a bit but then I would put it back on again....and even more. The Wedding Day Diet plan has given me a lot of advice that I still use today, keeping that weight off. Actually, looking back now, for a few bucks it was one of the cheapest but most important part of the whole wedding package.

Wedding Day Diet

I thought it would be a good idea to review the wedding day diet plan because it's no ordinary diet.

If for no other reason then you get one shot at creating your dream. Ever since I was a child I thought about my wedding day.

I guess, almost subconsciously, I had planned it all in my head. At 35-years-old, I found the dream man, even found the dream venue. But then somewhere along the way I knew that something wasn't right. The stresses and strains of organizing things had taken their toll on me and I was comfort eating.

You know the deal, you get to the end of a hard day, you've balanced your budget, taken the flack from your boss, so why shouldn't you have that desert and extra glass of wine? One more morning, I stepped on the scales and I knew what the result would be. I had gone up nearly two dress sizes in a little over four months. So I had a problem. The venue was immovable, the dress was bought (and stunning I might add). I owed it to myself to look the way I had always dreamed of. I'm not talking 'mega thin' here, I'm talking being toned and their being curves where there should be curves. There was no way that I was going to walk down the aisle looking like a meringue, but I had such little time.

I had heard of this Wedding Day Diet plan from a friend. To be honest I was skeptical. For starters, it's written by a man. What could this Matt Marshall know? At the end of the day it could be written by an alien for all I care, all I cared about was results. I dropped those two dress sizes in just two months but more importantly I felt like I was having the wedding day that I deserved and wasn't letting myself or those dreams down. It's silly I know but it made such a difference.
